Tswelopele Secondary School FeesTo explain this year’s Tswelopele Secondary School fees, it’s best to first understand the school’s Quantile, which reflects its financial standing. Quintiles 1 to 3 are declared no-fee schools and receive R1,177 funding per learner from The Department of Education. Quintile 4 schools get R590 per learner, while Quintile 5 schools receive R204 and must charge fees to cover additional costs. Parents can pay fees monthly, but opting to pay the full amount for the year upfront may result in a discount ranging from 3% to 10%.
