Tsokolibane Primary School FeesThe most effective way to explain the fees for this year at Tsokolibane Primary School is to first clarify Tsokolibane Primary School’s Quantile so that you have a better understanding. Quintiles 1-3 are designated as no-fee schools and receive R1,177 funding per learner from the Department of Education, while Quintile 4 schools receive R590 per learner. Quintile 5 schools, however, receive only R204, making them fee-paying schools as they cannot sustain their operations on government funding alone. Parents have the option to pay fees monthly or in full for the entire year, with possible discounts of 3% to 10% available for upfront payment. Additionally, parents with more than one dependent can request sibling discounts of up to 10%.
