Siyabonga Secondary School FeesThe best way to clarify the Siyabonga Secondary School fees for the current year is to elucidate Siyabonga Secondary School’s Quantile. In the South African schooling system, Quintiles 1-3 are designated as no-fee schools, receiving R1,177 per learner from the Department of Education.
