Sibonisiwe Primary School FeesTo explain Sibonisiwe Primary School’s fees for the current year, it’s best to begin by clarifying the school’s Quantile, which indicates its financial standing. Quintiles 1 to 3 are no-fee schools and receive R1,177 per learner from the Department of Education. Quintile 4 schools receive R590 per learner, while Quintile 5 schools are fee-paying as they receive only R204, making it impossible to run the school on government funding alone. Paying fees in full upfront for the year entitles parents to discounts ranging from 3% to 10%, depending on the payment method. Additionally, parents with multiple dependants can request a sibling discount of up to 10%.
